If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Average delivery time is 8 to 10 business days Monday to Friday. Be advised that signatures are not required for deliveries, therefore if no one is available to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.
You are responsible for providing us the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited, and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual freight charge incurred.
BALLISTIC ships to Canada only. We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or P.O. Boxes.
BALLISTIC support is available weekdays from 9AM-5PM PST. The best way to reach us is by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We do our very best to quickly respond to support emails within 48 hours.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and lid seal has not been broken.
- All apparel items are FINAL SALE, no returns. Please contact us if you have a sizing issue.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from ballisticsupps.ca.
- We are unable to accept returns of products purchased made from third party retailers.
